We are currently working with an international luxurious hospitality group in Hong Kong in search of high calibre candidate experienced in facilities & project management to join their growing business and provide managerial support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including maintenance, fit-out, renovations
  • Responsible for tendering, outsourced contractors management, inspections and quality management
  • Focal point of contact for both soft & hard services
  • Ensure compliance with corporate's policies and regulations
  • Implement preventive maintenance program
  • Responsible for both small & large scale projects
  • Plan and manage yearly budget, cost control, billing management
  • Ensure all FM operations are cost saving or value added

Person Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration or any equivalent
  • Professional qualification (HKIE, CISBE, IFMA etc) is an added bonus
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in facility/ property/ project management on residential or commercial properties
  • Preferably at least 3 years experiences in managerial level
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Previous overseas related working experiences is definitely an advantage
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST
  • Frequent travelling should be expected
