Responsibilities

  1. Carry out all quality assurance and administration related works of the Dept - Operations, Facilities Management, Safety with focusing on Service Providers performance management
  2. Involve in Service Providers selection and contracting and ensure the qualified work force is provided
  3. Make sure all maintenance plans and reports are carried out by Service Providers properly
  4. Define the work process with Service Provider on Maintenance and Operation procedures
  5. Centralize and manage documents, certificates, as-built drawings, O&M manuals
  6. Conduct risk assessment to all facilities & systems,  review performance of Service Providers and prepare Business Continuity Plan

Requirements

  1. Degree in Business Admin or Facilities Management
  2. 10 years' experience in business administration, preferably in facilities planning, operation and maintenance
  3. Knowledge of the current legislation, engineering design, practice on facilities management, building services, event technical support, contract law and other requirement related to event or exhibition is preferred
  4. Good in organizing, data analysis, and formulating SOP
