Responsibilities

  • Supervise the School’s Facilities Management (FM) Team including Facilities Officers, In-House Technicians, Attendants and the cleaning team etc.
  • Provide facilities management and student services to the School including report and budget preparation for repair and maintenance, contract and vendor management, building projects management, security services and traffic control during peak hours etc.
  • Provide facilities management services for the day-to-day school operation, student activities and special events.
  • Plan for in-house routine maintenance (including the annual stock check, routine maintenance, renovation and improvement) and carry out feasibility studies of projects works in accordance with the school budget and financial procedures.
  • Work with the Finance and ICT teams to ensure the currency and accuracy of the school’s asset and inventory system.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 years relevant experience of which 3 years in supervisory level
  • Knowledge on building maintenance and well versed in statutory requirements of property management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Result-driven, flexible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • Able to work independently and take full responsibilities for all facilities management matters.
