Facilities Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine daily inspection and follow up on premises up-keeping
  • Oversee daily facilities operations to ensure system availability
  • Co-ordinate and oversee minor re-stack and moves including furniture management
  • Monitor and supervise contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies such as securities, cleaning etc.
  • Perform emergency duty outside normal office hours as required
  • Other administrative tasks and record maintenance as assigned
  • Any ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company’s discretion

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years practical experience in providing maintenance service in Facility / Property Management.
  • Diploma or higher diploma holder with related disciplines in Facility Management
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Hands on experience in PC operations of MS Word, Excel is a must
