Facilities Officer /Assistant Facilities Officer

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive facilities management for the office premises of a prestige bank
  • Coordinate with vendors to perform a wide range of facilities related services
  • Act as single contact point to the respective user groups
  • Manage preventive maintenance and special project activities with vendors;
  • Inspect security and building facilities and conduct audits to ensure all systems are managed to the highest standards
  • Ensure the service provided achieve the SLA of the Client
  • Timely escalate any incident to team lead and prepare incident report
  • Ensure works are compliance with local regulations and our policy and standards including health & safety work practices in the client’s office
  • Prepare and conduct induction training to vendors and users on work procedures and policy
  • Create and run Customer Experience progamme 

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years practical experience in providing maintenance service in Facility / Property Management.
  • Diploma or higher diploma holder with related disciplines in Facility Management
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Hands on experience in PC operations of MS Word, Excel is a must
