Job accountabilities
-  handle office admin and facilities management, office renovations, office equipments;
-  prepare analysis cost ( Regional / Global);
-  contact vendors, suppliers for maintenances & repair works;
-  price & terms negotations;
-  work closely with the team for general admin. task;
-   follow up defects, payment and monthly reports ;
-  carried out adhoc projects and assignment...etc.

 The Requirement
-   F.7 or above, w/ 5 yrs exp. in facilities & admin. support area, 
-  PC - MS Word /Excel / Chin.word processing
-  strong interpersonal skill...etc.
