  • Responsible for full spectrum of administrative and human resources functions of the plant in China
  • Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies and procedures
  • Oversee office administration and services, monitor the dormitory and canteen administration, and office renovation projects
  • Lead the A&P Dept. in the plant of China in compliance with the company policies and practices and to ensure the smooth running of the daily activities, to cope with PRC employment practices and Laws, ISO9001 and ISO14001, Production Safety Law requirement
  • Handle ad hoc assigments as required




  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 8 years stable and solid track record in broad-based HR generalist exposure gained from manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in a similar capacity stationing in PRC
  • Well versed in PRC labour ordinance, labour practice and production safety law of the People’s Republic of China
  • Mastery of handling labour disputes./claims
  • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential
  • Able to work under pressure, independently, initiative and energetic
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Station in Huizhou is required
