Factory Manager
* less experienced candidates will also be considered as Production Manager *
Duties:
- Supervise the daily operation of the production line, production plan, quality and delivery schedule
- Develop and execute strategies and enhance the efficiency from order to production
- Define and maintain policies and procedures for effective management control
- Lead the departments in the factory to enhance production yield performance
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 10 years or above of solid related working experience and 5 years in managerial level
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Stationed at factory located at South East Asia
