Description
  • Handle all incoming enquiries across the APAC region from customers
  • Provide strong and in-depth information on each luxury product to customers
  • Effectively manage a customer interaction, identify needs and offer a solution
  • Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned at any time


Profile
  • Candidates with strong passion in fashion/luxury retail industry
  • Strong command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Japanese speakers are also welcome to apply
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Preferably candidates with previous retail experience
