Responsibilities:

  • To interview and meet suitable candidates
  • Advertising jobs online - writing adverts for online career boards to attract relevant candidates
  • Be in charge of new business development opportunities
  • Managing the recruitment cycle from the start to offer management
  • Understand clients' hiring needs and provide guidance and market updates, assisting them in formulating hiring strategies
  • Research, approach and convince talents for clients' openings and strive to connect both employers and candidates in a professional manner
  • Recruitment Focus: Mass recruitment of frontline positions including part time and full time position: retail sales associate, promoter, beauty advisor and warehouse keeper etc.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personalities and high level of professionalism
  • Relevant experience dealing with frontline employees and/or sales related activities an advantage
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Willingness to work in a startup environment which requires high flexibility and commitment
  • Open to fresh graduate and contract staff
