Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site technical services at customer sites for maintenance
  • Capable of problem solving, troubleshooting, hardware repairing
  • Performs general PC/Laptop support and Monitor
  • Complete deskside support, problem fixing and installation requests/tasks
  • To perform other duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years working experience is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outdoor work is required
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese
  • HK permanent resident is required
