Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the Hong Kong accounting team and jobs ( including payment approval; daily & monthly cashflow monitoring; review monthly management reports; completion of annual tax return and audit; budget control etc.) ;
  • Reviewing the financial contracts;
  • Monitoring the company secretary records and compliance matters of Hong Kong and overseas companies;
  • Assisting the group fund raising activities and liaison with different professional parties (including financial adviser, bankers, valuators, lawyers and auditor etc.);
  • Reviewing the monthly payroll, tax filing and assisting other HR issues in Hong Kong;
  • Any ad hoc projects upon request.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines, with professional membership such as HKICPA/ACCA;
  • 4-5 years of financial management experience, with a comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial management; knowledge of banking & securities will be a plus;
  • Excellent professional ethics and sense of responsibility;
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, self-initiative, and well-organized;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese.
