Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle the financial accounting, budgeting and reporting functions;
  • Handle audit and tax related matters;
  • Plan, manage and control working capital, cash flow and liquidity;
  • Participate in region’s tax planning initiatives, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance with internal and external policies and regulations;
  • Ad hoc company secretarial and other matters;
  • Occasional travel to the PRC.


  • Degree in accounting / Finance or other related discipline, CPA qualified;
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in sizeable organization with at least 3 years audit experience in Big 4;
  • Self-starter, independent with strong analytical and good communication skills;
  • Good business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX will be an added advantage;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
