THE COMPANY :
- Hong Kong listed Investment holdings company
- Fashion brand owner, wholesaler & retailer in HK and China
- We are looking for FINANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Financial Controller and CFO
- Lead consolidation and management reports
- Revamp/enhance work flow / processes to increase efficiency and to strengthen monitoring, and continuous process improvement
- In charge of local and overseas subsidiaries / associates and improving efficiencies of their operations
- Monitor the audit process, statutory and tax filings; compliance of applicable regulatory requirements (such as accounting standards and taxation), proactive to grasp & sort out new regulatory requirements timely
- Handle business analysis, budget & forecast
- Ad hoc projects, e.g. assessment & financial modelling for investment proposals
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
- Qualified accountant
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in sizable companies preferably in retail brands in HK and China
- Sound knowledge in HK & China regulatory & tax requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and applications and financial modelling
- Sound knowledge in ERP systems
- Knowlwedge in Yonyou and system integration is an advantage
- Business trips to overseas and China major cities is required
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Chinese
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
