Member of HK listed company - holding SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities - we are currently focus in providing brokerage services and margin financings to clients for trading in securities listed in Hong Kong - we are now looking for a  FINANCE MANAGER   - with details as follows :
 
 
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines with HKICPA qualification 
  • 3+ years of financial reporting and management report experience in securities brokerage (Type 1, 4,  and 9), with at least 2 years supervisory experiences 
  • Familiar with securities and future accounting, FRR and margin financing 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin 
  • Proficiency in accounting system software and also MS Word and Excel 
  • Good communication, interpersonal and managerial skills 
  • Be a good team player and able to interact with people of different levels 
  • Responsible, self-motivated, independent and willing to meet tight deadline
  • Report to CEO
  • Manage daily accounting duties, vouchers and operational issues 
  • Handle and supervise daily finance and accounting operations; handle month-end/ year-end process 
  • Monitor daily cash flow, client money and  funding arrangement 
  • Perform daily client money segregation according to SFO requirements 
  • Prepare SFC reporting and compliance ( liquid capital computation, daily and monthly FRR returns, ADD forms, review daily FRR for monitoring the sufficient liquid capital, etc) 
  • Prepare financial analysis and management reports in order to assist decision making of the management 
  • Handle the overall financial planning, budgeting and compile variance analysis periodically 
  • Develop and maintain appropriate internal control procedures and policies 
  • Liaise with internal departments, bankers and external auditors 
  • Work independently
