Job Description:
  • Handle invoices payments and keep accurate records for all transactions
  • Follow up to ensure work is completed, and deadlines, goals & objectives for required scope are met
  • Identify and resolve invoice issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
  • Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare special reports monthly by collecting, analyzing and summarizing financial data
  • Assist in balance sheet preparation and monthly account reconciliation
  • Assist in budget preparation and other management activities
  • Being a key point of contact for other department on financial and accounting matters
  • Support Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks where required
  • Ensure operational excellence in delivering services and seek continuous improvement actions

    Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as Finance Officer or similar roles
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
