The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom is the foundation for liberal politics in the Federal Republic of Germany. It aims to promote the goal of making the principle of freedom valid for the dignity of all people and in all areas of society, both in Germany and abroad.
We serve over 60 countries form the core of the work of the regional offices in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Central America; various forms of international dialogue and transatlantic dialogue programme are used to promote these three values around the world.

Tasks:

  • plan and oversee the financial management of the Hong Kong Office in coordination with the Office Director
  • handle the administration of financial accounts
  • plan and oversee project budget and monitor the expenditure
  • assist project and events' administration
  • support any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • degree holder in related field or Diploma qualification with significant work
  • at least 3 years relevant experience
  • LCCI level 2 or above or related qualification
  • proven fluency in English, Cantonese is a plus, as are basic German and Mandarin language skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, stable, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and independent
  • interest in working in international development cooperation and in a political context
  • capability to work independently and self-organized
  • experience and networks in public accounting or public-funded projects is a plus
  • interpersonal communications skills
