Our client is an sizable International Financial Institute with operations in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, Large Emerging Markets. They have presence in HK for over 30 years and have shown consecutive quarters of business growth.

 

With continuous business expansion, there is now an exciting opportunity to join their finance & accounting team. The jobholder will play a part in a professional accounting team consisting of members from a diverse background and gain exposure to insurance finance best practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle APAR (bank reconciliation, preparing official receipts and daily vouchers etc.)
  • Maintain records in company’s system
  • Prepare monthly statement and dunning letters etc
  • Perform UAT and related testing on projects
  • Provide clerical support when needed
  • Support ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience in accounting is preferable, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in SunSystems
  • Sensitive to figures, responsible, good teamwork skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
