AIA FINANCIAL PLANNER

ü  Build comprehensive financial plans, analyze financial data 

ü  Monitor clients' accounts and determine if changes are needed to improve alignment of the account strategy to objectives and constraints 

ü  Deepen client relationships by providing valuable advice and investment recommendations through constant communication and monitoring the outcomes 

ü  Prepare and revise financial reports/plans for clients 

ü  Collaborate with other financial planners/expertise on our team 

ü  Generate new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies 

YOU WILL HAVE

ü  Annual salary start from HK$500,000 

ü  No Ceiling Commission + Year-end-bonus 

ü  Overseas Conventions/Incentive Trips, a minimum of 2 company trips per year 

ü  18 months on-job Professional Training Program

WHAT YOU NEED  

ü  Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications (Fresh graduates and NON-HONG KONG graduates: IANG are welcome)  

ü  Be able to work in Hong Kong (Available VISA for non-Hong Kong residents)  

ü  Outstanding verbal and listening communication skills, proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin; fluency in English would be an advantage 

ü  Entrepreneurial drive to build your own business by leveraging your personal network, demonstrated ability to generate new clients 

ü  Ability to build relationships, provide superior customer service 

ü  High level of confidence, perseverance and strong desire to achieve and succeed
