Financial Reporting Officer (會計初核崗)

Department: Accounting and Finance Department

Responsibilities

• Perform the settlement of vendor invoices and staff reimbursement according to the internal control rules and procedures.
• Master the expense regulations, and revise the rules and regulations as required.
• Responsible for the bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing process and accounts receivable, accounts payable cleaning.
• Responsible for the sorting, filing and safekeeping of accounting vouchers.
• Handle with recording and accounting treatment of fixed assets.
• Responsible for annual expense budget and forecast, prepare expenses analysis and reports for management review.
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

• University degree in accountancy or finance.
• With 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in banking industry.
• Familiar with banking operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

工作職責:

• 按照各項費用開支制度的規定審核費用報銷單據;
• 熟練掌握費用相關制度規定，定期對分行制度進行修訂;
• 負責銀行對賬，並編制銀行存款餘額調節表;
• 負責完成月度、年度結帳，清理應收應付款掛賬;
• 負責完成會計憑證的整理、歸檔、保管等相關工作;
• 負責分行固定資產的會計核算和賬務處理;
• 負責費用預算管理及分析，包括編制年度預算及費用執行情況報告等;
• 負責部門主管交辦的其他工作。

任職者要求:

• 大學或以上學歷；
• 具3年或以上銀行經驗；
• 熟悉香港及內地財務管理概況及要求；
• 工作細心、能獨立完成工作；
• 較強的綜合分析、語言文字及溝通能力;
• 能操流利普通話和英語。
