Hang Seng Digital Banking is currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Fintech and Partnership Manager

 

Principal responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Fintech and Partnership Manager to execute digital strategy & roadmap.
  • Follow up, monitor and support commercial partnerships initiatives with potential Fintech companies.
  • Organize workshop, initialize project, assist to define business case, user requirement, justification and budget requirement when necessary.
  • Follow bank’s procedure and guideline to assess, evaluate and support for new business / partnership opportunity.
  • Monitor partner’s performance and P&L contribution to ensure business target is met.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal and external business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, consultants and project teams.

 

Requirements

  • University degree, relevant qualifications in Technology, Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences, preferably with exposure to Banking and Fintech / Startup companies. 
  • Experienced on project management and delivery. 
  • Advantage with some technical knowledge on API, mobile application is preferred.
  • Interest in developing career focus on Digital and Fintech area
  • Open-minded, passionate and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal and strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
