Role Descriptions

Responsible to provide operational support to venue manager, coordinate service delivery details and ensure efficient service delivery according to standards and specification. Meet, greet, seat, treat and ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent beverage & food service in a friendly, competent and professional manner. Lead talents to provide excellent service and achieve department goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Experience - 3 years of work experience in related positions
Education - diploma / higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese and English
