Job Description

  • Oversee and support day-to-day operations of the outlets to maximize operation efficiency
  • Lead the team and work closely with internal and external parties on daily operations to ensure excellent service standards
  • Work closely and share comments with Chefs on food quality, tastes & presentations and review the food and beverage selections
  • Responsible for managing budgets and cost control to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure the servicing team is providing a seamless service to all guests and members
  • Communicate and support the execution of Marketing and Membership programs to promote the Club’s services and facilities to its potential and existing members
  • Responsible for coaching the team and recruiting F&B staff

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Hotel, Catering or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' food and beverage experience in a managerial position, preferably in five-star hotels / private clubs
  • Strong F&B experiences in Chinese Cuisines and Banquet
  • Solid experience in working with chef on menu planning, particularly designing Chinese banquet menu
  • Good knowledge in food and wine
  • Excellent management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, internal and external clients
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
