Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a high volume Chinese and Western Style Restaurant (Breakfast in Western style / Lunch and Dinner in Chinese style)
  • Achieve high level of customer satisfactions and handle guests’ complaints professionally
  • Possess and constantly improve knowledge of the menu and ensure all meal orders are served timely and correctly
  • Delights guests in dining experience, anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds their expectations
  • Promotes sales of beverages and wine
  • Ensure all occupational health and safety measures are in place
  • Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Hotel Industry
  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of Western and Chinese Restaurant service operations
  • Certified with Hygiene Manager or Supervisor course will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving, self-motivated, detail-oriented, leadership skills
  • Willing to take up flexible work schedules
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
