Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Hotel’s Italian Restaurant Manager in daily operation, such as serving food and beverage to guests, reservations, setting tables or etc
  • Maintain and develop positive rapport between guests
  • Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently at high quality standards
  • Ensure the restaurant’s performance meets with management’s expectation

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary Education or above with formal training in Hospitality Management preferred
  • Minimum 4 year’s relevant experience
  • Courteous, responsive and approachable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of computer software
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Those with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor
