Responsibilities: -
  • Develop extension flavors and new products, including the processing procedures and techniques and product specifications
  • Review and improve the application for new and current raw materials and packaging materials
  • Tackle problems encountered during processing and ingredients selection
  • Focus on product development for Global Industrial markets
  • Provide technical supports on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients and packaging processes to ensure the final products are safe and meet the required quality
  • Provide the technical support and training to Sales, Purchasing and Production/Manufacturing Functions
  • Review established guidelines and procedures for new product research and development to ensure that it complies with the HQ requirements
  • Communicate with R&D staffs and various departments to tackle problems, to establish objectives and to co-ordinate new projects

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor Degree in Food Science or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of research and development experience in food industry
  • Familiar with Chinese Cooking and Eating Tradition
  • Knowledge in food production and processing
  • Fluent in spoken and written in Cantonese & English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Station in Hong Kong and willing to travel
  • Less experience will be considered as Food Technician (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
