The Job
- Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
- Position: Forensic Planner – Construction (HK$ 1Mil p.a.)
- Responsibilities:
- Drive project delivery of major construction projects
- Assist with dispute resolution services, delay and disruption analysis
- Conduct claim research and present compelling information relating to EOT claims
- Provide accurate reports in clients' meeting and internal meetings
- Salary: $ 1Mil p.a., bonus, medical
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Construction related disciplines
- 5-10 years’ experience in planning and delay analysis with civil, infrastructure and/or MTR building projects desirable
- Knowledge of contract entitlement to extension of time
- Good knowledge of contract conditions and law within the Construction Industry
- Good working knowledge of a variety of planning software (e.g. P6, Powerproject)
- Good command in English. Cantonese speaking is an added advantage
