HR & Admin Assistant / Assistant Officer (Recruitment Focus)

 

Human Resources (Recruitment)

  • Support Recruitment Manager to drive the recruitment plan and handle the employment cycle to support business grow
  • Assist in handling of HR process – Job Ad posting, resume screening and scanning, interview arrangement, the first round of interview conducting
  • Candidate must be confident in handling phone calls and greet visitors
  • Follow up and contact the potentials through phones

Admin Support

  • Provide day-to-day administration, human resources and secretarial support
  • Handle accommodation, flight and other transportation reservation
  • Assisting the directors in their administrative and clerical tasks 
  • Handle full spectrum of office / project / site office administration work including daily procurement, stationery ordering, repair and maintenance, office safety and security
  • Maintain an efficient filing system

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
  • Kind character and willing to learn 
  • Excellent administrative skills 
  • Ability to work under guidance and following instructions
