Full Time Customer Service Officer – Luxury Shopping Mall in Admiralty (6-days work/week, shift work)

 

Working Location

 

  • Luxury Shopping Mall in Admiralty

 

Working Hours

 

  • 09:45 to 18:15 / 12:00 to 20:30 / 13:30 to 22:00
  • Daily 1-hour meal break inclusive
  • 6-Days work a week with three shifts assigned by company

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • To manage the customer service counter and provide service support, attending to tenants and shoppers’ enquiries / feedback
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Coordinator with promotion team to implement different activities such as gift redemption, loyalty programme, member registration… etc.
  • Responsible for promoting and educating visiting customers about the mall and its loyalty programme.
  • Coordinate with other services within the mall, such as car parking redemption, battery re-charging and lending service… etc.

 

Requirements

 

  • Form 7 or above
  • 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
  • Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, communicative level of English and Mandarin
  • Excellent customer service attitudes, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people at all levels and able to work under pressure
  • Presentable, proactive, pleasant personality, customer-orientated and cooperative
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated with strong desire to success
  • Willing to work on roster basis
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as well
