Job Description

  • Recruiting members to have monthly donation to our organization;
  • Handle and refer phone enquiries from donors to related internal personnel;
  • Make followup phone calls to potential donors appealing for donation support and sponsorship and prepare reports and information for donors regarding their participation and support for the Group;
  • Maintain the donors’ & members’ databases including regular data entry of donors’ members’ information;
  • Compile regular reports and analysis from the donor’s information database and assist in conducting marketing research on the trend of Corporate Social Responsibilities;
  • Perform simple customer relations management activities such as regular emailing, birthday greetings, networking events & activities, etc.,
  • Provide support in all aspects of fundraising events/functions, including event preparation, correspondence drafting, coordination with contractors and vendors, and other logistic arrangement;
  • Handle and transfer donors’ cheques and payment to the accounting team;
  • Assist director for any adhoc projects

Person specification

  • University graduate or equivalent in business related disciplines with formal secretarial training;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience relevant experience in administration/event management/fundraising/customer services/corporate communication/marking and serving top executives from sizable organizations;
  • Capable of handling personal affairs and operational issues assigned by Director;
  • Strong ability of Chinese/English translation;
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese and English and fluency in Mandarin;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties;
  • Attentive to details, responsible and excellent organization skills;
  • Selfmotivated, mature and independent;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
