Digital Fundraising is for you! It is all about inspiring people to change the world for the better – through cutting edge digital marketing technology and engaging storytelling.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital fundraising campaigns to acquire donors through various organic and paid digital channels including email, social media, search results, influencers marketing, etc.;
  • Utilize CRM and digital marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to create meaningful segmentation and marketing automation to achieve fundraising target;
  • Create engaging multimedia content and stories to inspire and convert potential donors;
  • Work with other digital marketing technologist to optimize user experience for best conversion results;
  • Monitor campaign performances and propose solution to achieve better results
  • Manage external vendors on digital advertising, campaign planning, content production or other fundraising programs.


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience required;
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of digital marketing & e-commerce experience including campaign ideation, project planning and execution. Candidate with more experience could be offered a senior role;
  • Working knowledge in email marketing, digital advertising, multimedia content production, lead generation program management, web analytics or e-commerce optimisation;
  • Tech-savvy, ability to analyze data and propose solution;
  • Work experience in digital marketing agency, or experience in managing external agency highly preferred;
  • Experience in managing Direct Response TV (DRTV) or telephone fundraising program a plus;
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Chinese and English;
  • Proactive, good team player, strong motivation, outgoing and energetic, able to work under pressure;
  • Interested in environmental protection, or NGO.
