  • Execute the strategy of soliciting funding from major individual and corporate donors as well as foundations and contribute to achieving strategic goals
  • Identify potential corporate donors and foundations, engage and recruit them to secure long term and increased donation
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong relationship with major individual and corporate donors as well as foundations
  • Assist the management in preparing timely reports, funding proposals, corporate giving portfolio and up-to-date financial tracking records
  • Support other areas of fundraising (individual, foundation, fundraising activities, etc.) and work closely with Communication Team and different departments to maximise the synergy of the output
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor



  • Degree holder in Economics, Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred
  • With at least 3 years’ of experience in NGO corporate fundraising activities or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Cantonese and English
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills and experience in proposal writing
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, team-player, able to work together with team members in meeting targets
  • Recognising HKACS’s mission and vision is a must
  • Willing to take up ad-hoc assignments

Successful candidates will be offered a renewable contract term appointment with up to 10% of total basic salary as contract-end gratuity upon completion of contract with satisfactory performance.
