S/He is mainly responsible for the development and execution of all school fundraising activities and shall render necessary support to the F2F donor recruitment programme in the roadshow.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Explore suitable venues for donor recruitment activities; organize the recruitment activities held in such as shopping mall and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agency for roadshow donor recruitment.
  • Organize fundraising events and coordinate educational talks for schools
  • Relationship building with schools and teachers, including both local and international schools, for education and fundraising purpose
  • Liaison with lettershop, designer and external bodies for promotion materials’ production
  • Explore opportunities of cross team collaboration and assist in other fundraising and agency activities
    Plan and develop different fundraising strategies and activities together with other fundraising teammates for recruiting monthly donors.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience in fundraising or sales and marketing
  • Practical experience in school fundraising activities is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
     

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Fundraising Officer.
