Description

  • Prepare condition & visual check reports of artwork based on the procedures
  • Edit and archive artwork image, photographs and Videos
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to carry out all warehouse activities
  • Maintain timely and accurate inventory record and assign location to be stored & transferred
  • Help with stock check in warehouses regularly
  • On site support at exhibition centre as required
  • Perform ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Profile

  • Diploma in Arts degree or above
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking skills
  • Responsible, organised and independent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Well spoken of English is a must
