US multinational company with business focus in the supplying printed label, woven label, hangtag and heat transfer label etc with 200 staff in Hong Kong office – main clients are US and European global apparel brands – we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :
 
  • HKCEE/DSE or above
  • 2 to 4 years experiences in printing & packaging industry for garment field
  • Experience in printed label, woven label or hangtag is highly prefer
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Business level both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing 
  • ERP knowledge is an advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated and willing to work under challenges
  • Report to the Customer Service Manager
  • Work in a Customer Service Team of 10-15 members
  • Responsible for providing professional customer service and order processing work to assigned key customers
  • To work with various vendors, suppliers and internal departments
  • Take responsibility for sourcing, product development to production, quality control and shipment delivery to fulfill customer satisfaction.
  • To manage Key Account customers and generate business opportunities
  • Monitoring responsible account status and provide professional customer service.
  • To work with Support Team in order to deliver complete solution and service to customers.
  • To handle regular sales administration tasks.
  • 5 days work
  • Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of  Senior Customer Service Executive (2 posts)
