Responsibilities:

  • Manage the carpark business and ensure a sustainable growth
  • Enhance assets value and maximise the P&L
  • Manage and lead the team to maintain quality service deliveries 
  • Formulate and implement business strategies
  • Monitor the P&L for the Group's car parks
  • Identify areas for improvement and execute asset enhancement activities
  • Coordinate with property/ asset management teams to implement marketing activities
  • Select and manage contract car park operators' performance

Personal Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Finance or Property Management
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing chain business outlets and/ or their operators with P&L responsibilities
  • Strong business acumen
