Description

  • Lead and implement overall sales and marketing strategy and enhance brand awareness to drive long term business growth
  • Review and drive organizational effectiveness through process improvement and develop a highly motivated team
  • You will be leading a team on identifying business opportunities, driving sales and fostering strong relationships with the clients.
  • Promote collaboration within all internal stakeholders to meet objectives and targets

Profile

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in pharmaceutical / consumer healthcare / FMCG industry is mandatory
  • You must have a strong leadership skills
  • You must have a high level of communication and negotiation skills.
  • This role requires a candidate who is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
