Job Summary:

  • Responsible for planning and executing all marketing, communications and advertising strategies for all in-house businesses and brands.
  • Build successful partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners in support of marketing objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and communications materials and messages distributed externally and internally.
  • Drive digital efforts and constantly improving and updating online initiatives to generate new traffic and audiences, making use of social media to ensure broadest possible reach and ROI.
  • Organise roadshows and events to capture new business opportunities.
  • Manage partners’ relationships with online/offline press, advertising/digital/events agencies.
  • Provide editorial direction, localized content and select appropriate distribution channels.
  • Develop and closely manage the paid media budget on on-going basis.
  • Meet with BU leaders regularly to share market and competitors updates.
  • Attend management meetings and report to Managing Director.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience working in marketing/advertising agency or client side in Hong Kong.
  • In-depth understanding of B2C marketing fundamentals and the digital landscape including media, technologies and trends.
  • Must have experience with a breadth of marketing tools including TV, radio, print, on-line, and interactive as well as experience working with top retail, hospitality or F&B accounts.
  • Track record of executing successful brand and product marketing campaigns.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities – articulate, concise and engaging.
  • Demonstrate budget management and resource planning experience.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field or equivalent.
  • Language skills requirement: English and Chinese.
