We are seeking a highly experienced entrepreneurial candidate (ideally coming from a B2B background in retail/E-commerce) who has run a full P&L and has experience in operations and/or supply chain (X-border supply chain). This role will be responsible for the end-to-end set-up and management of the B2B team and their business development (global scope).



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and run the B2B P&L's across all geographies
  • Relationship management with B2B partners, collaborations and joint ventures
  • Establish and manage relationships with sellers and buyers across Asia and the US
  • Overseeing the business for detecting and directing the sales in the right direction
  • Optimizing supply chain and overall operations together with the operations team - including cross-border supply freight shipments from manufacturer
  • Coordinating with marketing and other departments on business development, collaborations, etc.
  • Build out and manage a team to support B2B developments across geographies




Requirements:
  • 5+ years work experience, preferably with a retail/ecommerce background
  • Must be passionate about B2B expansion and business development
  • Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment
  • Proven experience in building and managing a successful team
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience in sales management
  • Data-driven with a strong numeric and analytical attitude
  • Dynamic and flexible with ability to work in emerging markets
  • Fluent with MS Office, can process complex data sets and deliver insights
