Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review marketing strategy and market characteristics of health products and pharmaceutical products, ensure their alignment with overall company’s objectives.
  • Responsible for the development of Hong Kong, PRC and overseas market
  • Formulate and direct marketing activities for promotion of various products, work closely with retail and non-retail sales channels to achieve company’s goal and sales target.
  • Review the financial factors of product development for existing and new product, such as R&D budgets and projection of P&L.
  • Develop and control pricing strategies, to balance company’s sales profit and satisfaction of client.
  • Conduct business surveys to identify potential markets and monitor market trends, conduct sales forecasting and develop strategic planning to achieve sales target and maintain profitability of products
  • Negotiate with distributors to develop distribution networks and manage product distribution
  • Conduct sales forecast and monitor availability of inventory with factory to fulfill customer order
  • Liaise with legal department to resolve problems, such as product copyright and infringement of contract term
  • Liaise the work with multiple business functions such as supporting department, business unit, supply chain, factory, etc

 Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 10 years relevant experience in food / FMCG/ pharmaceutical industries in senior managerial position;
  • Strong business acumen of using economic, financial, market, and industry data to improve business results; understanding of major business functions, industry trends to contribute to effective business strategies
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiar with diverse business functions such as finance, sales &marketing, branding, supply chain, etc.
  • Strong problem solving skills and result oriented
  • Expertise in defining and scaling operational processes
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to comply with company's plans and vision
