Our client is an established pharmaceutical and healthcare company with a strong footprint in Asia.

 

Responsibilities

  • Development of Business plan/Market/Region specific for all products in the company’s portfolio.
  • Achievement of Sales, Marketing and Business objectives for Hong Kong.
  • Establish efficient distribution network for all products.
  • Objective assessment and understanding of regulatory requirements to facilitate speedy product registrations.
  • Develop a country/market/region specific entry strategy by understanding and complying with rules and regulations pertaining to immigration, taxation, imports, sales, distribution and product promotion.
  • Conduct market research to evolve a new product strategy or to introduce products from present basket and to assess the company's product sales position.
  • Develop a pricing strategy to for the company's product.
  • Solve all customers' related issues on time in order to ensure a smooth flow for growth of sales and collection of payments.
  • To be well versed and have complete updated knowledge of regulatory requirements of the country/markets patent rules and regulations, trademark registrations, inspections and study requirements.
  • To actively input market and product information to headquarters to facilitate pipeline development.
  • To be accountable for the profit and loss of the subsidiary and to work in line for revenue and profit targets.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year’s sales experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, experience leading a regional team a bonus.
  • Mature, self-motivated, innovative and proactive while able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Independent, result-oriented and be a good team player.
