Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to ensure all projects are managed in strict accordance with the approved programme schedule, budget, quality standard as well as compliance with all local requirements

  • Oversee and manage the overall planning, control and monitoring of the full spectrum of project management from conceptual design of development, structural, E&M, construction, budgetary management, government relationship to completion and delivery of the projects to the customers in line with market practice

  • Manage and liaise with consultants, contractors, government department and relevant authorities to ensure all phases of Project Management are met with financing, timing and quality parameters


Job Requirements: 

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines

  • Previous working experience in handling high-end mass market residential project is an advantage

  • Well-versed with statutory legislations, regulations and policies

  • Good knowledge of PRC macro-economic environment is preferable

  • Good work ethics and strong and communication skills

  • Excellent management and organizational skills

  • Station in or frequent travel to the PRC is required
