The Job

  • Oversee and monitor the respective project teams on various project management issues for delivery of projects meeting Corporate objectives, including instilling quality and environmental-conscious practices in the project team and supervision the in-house professionals.
  • Review and recommend the appointment of competent project consultants by evaluating the technical, managerial and financial soundness and capabilities of consultants in accordance with established selection and evaluation procedures.
  • Review consultants’ designs and other deliverables to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and pre-set standards.
  • Conduct and lead value management, risk analysis and other monitoring measures / tools and implement resolution.
  • Develop and motivate the project management team to implement project management processes throughout the entire project cycle to ensure overall control on costs, quality and schedule.
  • Build and maintain partnering relationships with key government contacts, development partners, consultants, contractors, external property professional and internal divisions to ensure smooth implementation of the projects.


The Person

  • University degree in E&M Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Surveying or other building related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in planning studies, design, construction and project management, 10 of which must be post qualification, and preferably with experience in large scale residential development projects.
  • Member of professional bodies in building industry with strong leadership, team-building and interpersonal skills and a sound communicator.
  • Sound knowledge of related ordinances and technical and professional practices and well versed with current property market and construction industry developments and practices.
