• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quality Management, Textile and Clothing, Applied Science or a related discipline
• At least 15 years' relevant experience in quality management, preferably with substantial exposure to garment or plush toy manufacturing
• Familiar with industry, national and international standards on quality management and product quality
• Strong leadership, self-motivated, high level of integrity, good team player, sophisticated interpersonal skills with all levels
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
**Applicants with less experience can be considered for the position of Quality Manager.

• Develop and implement quality strategies, plans and systems to ensure products to be in compliance with customer requirements
• Establish, implement and monitor quality systems to ensure compliance with appropriate international standards
• Support the manufacture in ensuring compliance with industry certification of compliance e.g. ICTI
• Act as the main point of contact on all quality matters, both internally and externally
• Lead and coordinate with respective departments to perform investigations of discrepancies, failures, complaints or any adverse issues and take necessary actions to resolve them and prevent their recurrence, when necessary
• Maintain adequate competent quality staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Maintain adequate and capable equipment to perform the necessary tests in house
• Maintain an awareness of new or proposed legislation, and international, national or industry standards that impact the business and communicate any necessary actions to management
• Support the Group (including the factories located at China and Vietnam) in developing and enhancing its quality culture by implementing continual improvement programmes
