My client is a highly ambitious online marketplace with focus in selling luxury and lifestyle fashion products to a new generation of consumers at a global scale. Partnered with various successful and leading brands around the world, they are looking to build a highly capable team in Hong Kong and is currently looking for a global marketing manager with focus in the US market to support this business objective.

Description

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building the brand, social and digital marketing strategies and go to market plans based on business objectives
  • Plan, formulate and implement and explore digital strategies for E-Commerce marketplace to build brand awareness & improve customers' digital experience
  • Initiate and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, media & Key Opinion Leadership management
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns to drive e-commerce activities
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Data analytics and post campaign evaluation to draw meaningful and insightful business recommendations.
  • Develop conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
  • Support online content production and scheduling on all social media platforms, not limited to and including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Accountable for performance marketing, industry, customer analysis as to enhance online marketing solution's effectiveness and provide optimization plan when required

Profile

  • Minimum of 6 years' relevant working experience in digital marketing, luxury, lifestyle retail marketing experience preferred
  • Have a good understanding and comprehensive knowledge on digital communication environment in for western market, US marketplace experience is a must
  • Experience in E-Commerce Marketing with knowledge in digital tools
  • Excellent organizing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly international, agile, creative mindset and be proactive in achieving business objective
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Cantonese
