About Our Client

Our client is an international Fashion Retail Brand. Their business across online & offline channel. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join the team.

Define, develop and implement an integrated online to offline marketing plan that is in line with global marketing strategy; encompassing brand, retail, strategic partnerships, advertising and digital. The role is also responsible for content planning and digital marketing that supports short and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

-Work closely with Global Marketing VP on implementing the brand strategy
-Oversee and activate a multi-dimensional, 360-degree Marketing strategy across all channels of business including retail and e-commerce
-Lead the development of brand messages across all channels from online to offline, inclusive of retail events and promotions, e-commerce content and story-telling
-Deploy high-impact and effective holistic Digital and Social Media marketing plan to enhance consumer engagement on owned and paid channels to bridge up online and offline.
-Oversee all owned social platforms and newsfeed updates with digital agency
-Lead and manage CRM analytics, business process, operations & SOP; oversee on-going CRM operations & CRM related system issues, enabling the team to meet with local CRM KPIs.
-Lead a small marketing team and direct and oversee all work being produced by the Department.

Requirements

-Bachelor degree holder in Marketing
-8+ years experience in marketing
-Solid experience in digital marketing and eCommerce
-Ability to work under pressure
-Team management experience is an advantage
