 Responsibilities 

  • Provides strong graphics, renders and visualizations focusing on the integration of landscape and architectural environments;
  • Stay up to date with creative, branding graphic and landscape design trends;
  • Strategic thinking and ability to create design for projects based upon strong rational and conceptual thinking;
  • Be an engaged member of both the graphic design and landscape design team. Bring fresh ideas to meetings and be willing to go the extra mile to help team members;
  • Prepare design documentation files from concept through bid packages and fabrication and installation, including detailed design drawings and specifications;
  • Audit environments to develop wayfinding strategies, information systems and hierarchies, location plans and content schedules.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field;
  • 5 years of branding, graphics or environmental graphic design experience;
  • Exceptional design sense with the ability to integrate messaging, color, imagery, and typography into three-dimensional built environments;
  • Proficiency drawing in scale and familiarity with architectural construction documents, elevations, plans, and shop drawings;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask while remaining efficient, poised, and organized;
  • Proficiency in the latest design software including Adobe Creative Suite and CAD Tools;
  • Sketchup or other 3D software is a plus;
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, with Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for a Senior Graphic Designer position.
