Purpose of the Job:

Support Staff Engagement, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organising, implementing and administrating staff engagement activities, including but not limited to enrolment, promotion design, on-site support and communication. (Occasional outdoor on-site support of staff engagement activities on weekends / holiday are required. Compensation leave will be provided.)
  • Source, liaise, coordinate and monitor external service providers to ensure smooth logistics arrangements and service quality for engagement activities
  • Analyse and data related to EVP & staff engagement and assist in preparing reports
  • Coordinate / participates in EVP initiatives / projects as assigned
  • Handle administration work of EVP & staff engagement team, such as payment handling, expense reports, etc
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding process is in place within the Group.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support for recruitment for daily operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder (Human Resources, Marketing & Communication are preferred)
  • Occasional outdoor on-site support of staff engagement activities on weekends / holiday’ of working experience in Human Resources / Corporate Communication Field  
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are preferred)
  • Proactive team member with good communication and relationship building skills
  • Detail-Mind, effective project management
  • Strong interest in staff engagement & event management
