Our client, a Chinese enterprise, is urgently seeking for a Legal Counsel. Attractive Package.

Draft, review and settle contracts and other legal documentation; handle contract management matters
Handle legal cases, disputes, and litigation
Provide legal advice to Headquarter and its subsidiaries in relation to their operation and management
Manage all the legal and related services provided by external lawyers and other professional advisers
Conduct research on applicable Hong Kong laws, regulations, legal precedent cases, and prepare relevant reference materials
Prepare legal documentation, legal opinions, reports in either language and translate from one language to another

Requirements:

Degree in law from Hong Kong or other countries. Hong Kong qualified solicitor
3 years+ experience in law firms or legal dept of listed companies in Hong Kong
Familiar with Hong Kong law, legal procedures and Listing Rules
Strong experience in handling legal matters and capable of working independently with limited supervision
Proficiency in both English and Putonghua
