Getlinks is a platform and ecosystem connecting tech talents to opportunities across Asia. We support people to build their skills, their connections, their teams and their careers. Our mission is to bring humanity to technology.

We have established a community of talents from across the tech world, ranging from developers, designers and digital marketers to operations managers and sales leaders. We continuously expand this network by organizing events, producing content, supporting digital transformation and talent mobility, building an adaptive talent workforce, and encouraging the world’s best to help build Silicon Valley in Asia.

To date, GetLinks has been involved over 130 events, reaching out to over 200,000 attendees region-wide. GetLinks organised Asia’s first startup job festival, endorsed by Thailand and Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology. We also hosted Asia’s biggest online job festival, GetLinks Online Tech City. We are themain organiser of Drinkentrepreneursin Asia, hosting tech startup networking events in 15 different countries. GetLinks is also an ambassador of global hackathon community Angelhack in Asia.
We have operations in 6 countries (Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India and South Korea), and 4 offices employing over 100 people worldwide.

Our client is a data-driven media commerce company based in Hong Kong, with the vision of creating a new media commerce ecosystem. Our client comprise a broad portfolio of market-leading digital media brands, boasting operation in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Korea and Malaysia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the life cycle of user base products and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Setting strategy, testing and launching, and analyzing results to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
  • Drive increase traffic & distributing content tasks on social media and leveraging channels
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to acquire new leads, while determining what drives efficient, scale-able growth
  • Monitor metrics daily, track KPIs, boost MAU, Users Acquisition & Users Retention and take action on any trends you observe
  • Depending on experience level, help manage and scale growth marketing team
  • Test and scale new channels beyond SEM, including display ads, remarketing and social media campaigns
  • Generate an A/B testing roadmap for product optimization and execute and report on tests, collaborate with product team and tactical team
  • Cooperate with Management to establish growth strategies to support growth market goals
  • Work cross functionally - you will be a primary point of contact for product, engineering and editorial in a collaborative team environment

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experiences in growth marketing / product marketing role
  • Past experience in data driven or fast growing digital organization
  • Able to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
  • A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
